using v.4.2.3
on adding new admin user getting this error message:

ERROR 8: Undefined variable: ENABLE_AUTOCOMPLETE
0 Error occurred on line 233 of file useradmin.php

line 233 is:
if ($ENABLE_AUTOCOMPLETE) require PGV_ROOT.'js/autocomplete.js.htm';

anybody have a clue

resolved ..
referenced bug report: Undefined variable: ENABLE_AUTOCOMPLETE - ID: 2956071
backed up everything from original install, purged everything, re-installed .. now good to go
