I wanna change a placename from Ljustorp (Y) (Y) to Ljustorp (Y) and I use the Search and Replace options. When I type the info in and hit "Search" it doesn't found anything. When I only type Ljustorp (Y) (Y) in the first field it founds all of them. Is this a bug?

Possibly. You should report it in the bugs list. This would be hard to test though.
However, if you are using PGV 4.2 (and you should upgrade if you are not), then it has the Batch Update module, which includes a much more useful search and replace function.
There you can (if you want) review each change before deciding to accept it. You can also limit to case-sensitive or not, update the change record or not, etc. Much more flexible.
The simple search and replace feature operates entirely in the background. I have found it very easy to accidentally replace things I didn't want to.

Yup, I saw that now when I have edited all files offline via Gramps for Linux. Everything is ok. I use that "other" tool next time if I need to search and replace something.
Thanks
