Hide Families from visitors

Is there a way to hide family name (appears in the header under the logo) and the list of families (when you place the mouse over the welcome page menu item) to visitors? In other words I don't want visitors to know what families are included in my website.
In other words, you don't want visitors. :) You should be able to set privacy so that you must be logged in to view anything. Remove all blocks from the welcome page other than the login.
As for the GEDCOM name showing up in the header, you could either change the GEDCOM name to something nonspecific or remove the display of that from the theme. It would be easier to change the name, because it appears in other places (like in the title bar).
