When writing notes it would have been good if you could refer to individuals and families. If I for instance could write @F55@ i a note text. The text, @F55@, would then be replaced with the name and a link, used no navigate to that specific individual.
Is there a such function already available, or do I have to add it by my self.

XREFs are not unique, and while they may refer to a particular person, family, source, repo, note or other, they can change and may be present in several different hosted GEDCOMs.
XREFs can be quite cumbersome as their construct is not restricted and they may be up to 32 characters in length.
XREFs not used within the usual database structure but within text will not be changed when tags are merged so the link will be wrong or nonexistent.
