Hello,

Can anybody suggest me a method/program, which creates the icons of the full-size pictures?

  I use a windows program called IrfanView. It has a nice batch conversion feature that will let you automatically resize, rotate, crop, etc. a group of images.

    I just looked at the latest version of IrfanView and there is a new Thumbnails menu that gives you all sorts of options with thumbnails.
