Hello,
I have just upgrade from 4.1.5 to 4.2.2. I followed the instructions but something seems going wrong. Everything is working OK but on administration page, when i want to go on phpgedview configuration page, it linked me to install.php step four. Is it normal ? How can i go to config page ?

In 4+PGV, the config form has been replaced with a GUI which uses the INSTALL.PHP file.   If you don't wish to use the GUI to modify/complete config.php, you must do so manually - something we don't recommend.
