There have been quite a few questions lately that involved specific problems based on the server configuration (most php specific but some such as as http upload limits are more generic server issues). A simple FAQ on server config issues culled from all the questions and answers on these forums would be very helpful. Config issues that were dealt with by newer versions of phpGedView should be omitted.
Any takers?
PS I noticed that 1and1.com is offering 3 years of free hosting in the USA. anyone try them out with phpGedView?
