After upgding to 4.2.0 graphviz doesent work

After upgrading to 4.2.0 graphviz doesent work.
It gives error
Fatal error: Cannot make static method GedcomRecord::getInstance() non static in class Person in /var/www/html/phpgedview/includes/class_person.php on line 1808
