I'm on 4.2.3, but I can recall on one or another earlier versions, hitting the "tab" key when the auto-complete list appeared would tab down the list, at which point I could hit "enter" to have the appropriate entry transferred to the blank field. It doesn't seem to work that way now. Does anyone know a simple "fix" for this? Or is just me?

Perhaps, although I don't recall that action. I've always used the down-arrow key to navigate down the list, then enter to select. There was a problem with the enter key on previous versions that also selected the SAVE button which would prevent additional entries into the edit interface (like no SOUR, no NOTE, etc). -Stephen

Antiqueone, many people (me included) prefer the keyboard over the mouse for repetitive tasks. It's far more efficient. IMO a good app will allow mouse-free data entry.

With your mouse, you can scroll down the list and select the one you want. No need to have to use keys at all.
