So when I'm on the installation module to create the database I have this error: "SQLSTATE [42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1171 All parts of a PRIMARY KEY must be NOT NULL; NULL in a key, use UNIQUE instead "that could help me please? thank you very much

This is a known problem, and was fixed in the "SVN" version of PhpGedView.

Since you're just starting out, you may wish to consider Webtrees as an alternative to PhpGedView. Webtrees is much better supported and has a very active user community.
Webtrees was created from PhpGedView in 2010/2011. At that time, almost all of the PhpGedView developers (except me) left that project to begin work on Webtrees. There's a long story behind those decisions, but I won't get into that.
