Just a heads up that I was in contact yesterday with Dreamhost reminding them that I requested PGV upgrade last month. They apologize and will investigate further. While I don't use their version, it's understandable that those who do should have current release.
(I'm a Dreamhost account holder, not affiliated with them.)

It appears that the user has been told that Dreamhost has upgraded to version 4.2.4, but the Admin screen definitely says 4.2.3 (!!).
In any case, they really should be upgrading to the SVN version, since that contains more bug fixes that didn't make it into 4.2.4. There's nothing startlingly new in the SVN version - just bug fixes so far.
