Is there a way for me to add info once the new source is created? I now use this for ISBN. Sometimes I forgot to enter the info as I was creating the source. There seems no way for me to get back.

Have you tried to navigate to the SOUR list, select the SOUR you wish to edit and then EDIT it?
Remember, usually details specific to one event or fact from a SOUR should be added as Citation/Text, leaving the SOUR as a more general resource. Certainly the ISBN for a book would be general, but a page within the book specific.
