#974 4.0B8: Messaging

Hi,

Beta 7 and Beta 8 is not working with "Internel
messaging with emails"

Beta 6 works and prints out:
Message successfully sent to x y

There is no print out by Beta 7 and 8.
1.) MyGedView Portal is not showing any messages.
2.) No messages stored in database.
3.) No messages sent as email

Strange, we're having no difficulties with messaging.
1) Accumulating in MyArnolds Portal
2) emails arriving at both our mailbox and the intended's as
we have received quoted replies to today's BD wishes.

I know, this is a strange thing.
This is what I tested.
Linux:
Beta 5 Working
Beta 9 (cvs) NOT working

Windows:
Beta 6 Working
Beta 7 NOT working
Beta 8 NOT working
Beta 9 (cvs) NOT working

Each installation has the same configuration:
Allow messages to be stored online = YES
Use simple mail headers in external mails = YES
"Internal messaging with emails"
Email address exists on the users account
"Contact Information" is correct

Hmmm... maybe I can not send a message to my own account any
more? Usualy, I send to my self a "Reminder" message OR just
testing the mail server if working or not.
Maybe I can live without this :)

To other users I can send a message, no problems there.

Hi,

Yes, it's still an issue.
Just tested it with the latest SVN 1032.

Send an email to your self and see if you receive it. I didn't get it
