The missing bottom scrollbar does not enable to see
the leftmost data on Hebrew RtL pages for
* Relationship Chart with more than 3 nameboxes next
to eachother
* Pedigree Landscape Chart of over 4 generations
* Pedigree Portrait Chart of over 6 generations
Related issues:
In the relationship chart there is a bottom scrollbar and I see the namebox submenu in FF far to the right on the RTL and LTR pages (I1 - I23492)
In RTL IE the scrollbar is to the left, but the submenu to the right. In LTR it behaves like in FF.
The submenu should be close to its namebox.

This appears to be a FireFox bug.
The scroll bar appears and works properly in IE.
The scroll bar appears in Opera, but doesn't work properly:
it's not reversed.
