#797 Chart Namebox Icon Clicking - Root Person Change

In the nameboxes I see in the alt(?) text that if I
click on the chart/family member selection icon then I
should see the chart starting from the person whose
name-box icon is clicked.

This does not work for the Family Book chart.
Nothing happens when I click on the icon.

The Hourglass chart prepares the selection values but
does not show the chart for the selected individual.

It is not clear to me how it should work on the
Relationship chart.

The clicking for a new root person does not work for
Gedcoms for which clicking shows the icon options
instead of using the default mouseover for this.

We need different texts for cases for which clicking
will cause the clicked individual to be selected as
the starting person and cases where this does not work.
