I was in the admin place check option and trying to add a missing longitude and latitude to entries and found that for "Farran's Point, Ingleside, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties, Ontario, Canada", only my "Farran's Point" had zeros for longitude/latitude. By selecting "Farran's Point" it causes an immediate 403 error and the IP address to be put in the timeban list. A similar issue is seen with "St. John's Pres., Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties, Ontario, Canada"
It is unclear if it was the apostrophe because I also had issues with "Knox Presbyterian, Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry United Counties, Ontario, Canada" so it may be with selection of place level 5 items within the place check module, or it could be related to the "and" in the neighbourhood field as all my examples just happen to have this.
Note that through the "Edit geographic place locations" options I can add the missing info with no issues.
Note that now the "and" sql issue is resolved for bug 2952, I checked the #2954 "Maybe Apostrophe or place level 5 causes issues" as well and it is resolved with the same fix under SVN 7321 - you can close this.
According to the reporter, this problem cannot be reproduced in SVN 7321, and should be closed.
