#2947 Accept / Reject changes dialog not generating properly

I am currently running 4.3.1 SVN 7304, and find that if as administrator I go in to accept/reject changes the dialog box does not seem to properly insert several "#pgv_lang[...]#" items. I don't remember seeing this issue when I was running 4.3.0. Below is what I saw.

Please try the attached. Unzip and then copy the included file edit_changes.php to replace what's in your PhpGedView install diectory.

Please let me know if this works. If it does, the replacement will end up in the SVN repository.
