Issues with Names in Family-list

We should highlight the top letter names.
We should print parent names in the same alphabet as the highlihted name, if such parent names are defined.
It seems that the family-list highlights now the names in the page language, not the names of the top letters.
I do not think that it is correct to print couple names that do not start by the top letters. This may happen for instance if an aka name or a married name starts by the page top letter, but it is not a name that we show for the spouses. We need a better solution.

One spouse families are printed twice under Unknown, when the surname of the known spouse is unknown.

When Unknown surname families are split by given-names, the list includes also all the one spouse families under each top given-name letter. Each family should only print on a page by the given name of a spouse whose surname is not known.
