#2333 Non-existent records in recent changes block

I created a record solely to test a bug fix.
After verifying the fix, I deleted the record.

Now, the recent changes block shows the ID "p1109" with a link to what the URI would have been, which results in a 404 [1].

Suggested action:

1. a. If and when feature request 2242268 is implemented,
do not show them because authorized persons can
look in the deleted file if they're curious.

b. If 2242268 is not, either do not show them
or show them as "<xref> deleted" but no hyperlink.

[1] Another feature request suggests a change in error handling.
