MJ Bot is in the Worm list but is getting past this.
Here is an extract from my log
Anonymous - New search engine encountered: ->MJ bot/v http://www.majestic co.uk/bot.php <-
We have 'MJ Bot' in the worm list but it is getting past this.
This bot must use hyjacked machines as the IP address keeps changing
This bot is now attacking my site on a regular basis and as fast as I put the IP address in the banned list they use a new one. I have tried to add "MJ bot/v" to the bad spider list but this does not seem to work either. It looks as if the functionality of "session_spider" is some how broken
What I see now is a tag change, it identifies itself as MJ12bot.
And it is ugly as always, does not obbey robots.txt
It also include a url with www.majestic...
I have added both strings to the banned spiders list and I am rejecting it correctly
