#1912 Error 500 with Descendancy Report

When I try to download a descendancy report for 9 generations (PDF and HTML) there is no problem.

But with * I get the error 500:

'500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.'

How can I solve this?

The most likely cause of the 500 (internal server error) is PGV running out of either memory or CPU time while generating the report.

Nothing we can do about that. Are you able to increase these resources?

No, my site is with a provider. But I have a test site locally installed. When I try there, there is no error. I get an new tab (Firefox 2) but then in this new tab nothing happens. The screen is white and stays that way.
