#1886 Javascript pop-ups should check location

The pop-ups for menus and for charts on person boxes should check the position in the viewport and put the pop-up where it can be seen. For example, if on the right edge of the viewport, a pedigree chart options seems to disappear 90% behind the window frame.

Might be browser-dependent. This was seen on FireFox on Mac in http://UniGen.us/PGV/FGS?famid=F25&ged=wgroleau
