#1811 Positioned Pop-ups

Positioned pop-ups are extremely annoying for people with multiple monitors. I commonly run my web browser on my right-most screen but the pop-ups come up on the other monitor. Most browser remember where the last pop-up was when it was closed so that the pop-ups will come up according to the persons wishes.

To reproduce this problem just click on anything that produces a pop-up.

I've experimented with this using Firefox.

If PGV doesn't specify a size, the popup windows are always full-screen. It doesn't remember the last size.

If PGV doesn't specify a position, the popup always opens at about 50,70. It doesn't remember the last position.
