#1676 Visitors - Repositories - Privacy

Visitors see all the site repositories in the repository-list, but the Names are Private.
Hitting on a repository in the list moves the visitor to the Welcome page.

Please change the repository-list to only show the repositories linked to sources that are shown to visitors. The visitors should see the Repository Names of these shown repositories.

Other repositories should not show in the repository-list to Visitors.

We should not show Visitors the link in the top sub-list to the Repository-list, if no sources are shown to Visitors.

I no longer restrict Sources since the Repository privacy works.
I will lower the priority of this posting.
