#1623 Inconsistency between marriage and individual screen

I just noticed an inconsistency in the existing order of general (non-event) sources, media, & notes. For the individual screen, it is Notes, Sources, and Media. For the family screen, it is Notes, Media, and Source.

I would like to see the order consistent, but also the importance of sources brought up. This may be done simply by putting the order "Sources", "Multimedia", and then "Notes".

Even better may be to have the ability to disable adding notes completely (maybe according to rights given). I could still live without this kind of enhancement as I still maintain my database within PC software, so I keep even more control of my database. In other words, if someone adds a note, I can always convert it to a source within my database.
