#1426 Births, Deaths, Marriages Report - Paging

Some pages are printed incorrectly.

The size was A4.

The paging is not yet OK.
Sample is admin user's A4 pdf report of "ramat gan" pages 1-3 for
I502 on the big file.

I see some odd behavior with the shown Hebrew texts
In PDF - The Hebrew texts in Name column are printed correctly RTL, the ones in the Marriage column are LTR.
When I search for Hebrew ישראל, I see the place LTR in the Birth column, but correctly in the title of the report.

In HTML - The Hebrew texts in Name column are printed LTR, the ones in the Marriage column are correctly RTL.
When I search for Hebrew ישראל, I see the place correctly in the Birth column, but LTR in the title of the report.

Why do I see titles with the [-] "Birth [-]" and "Death [-]"?

Does the recent rewrite of reports fix this?

We see redundant birth and death data and missing marriage data in the report for places.

There are still issues with the BDM report. names

We do not show 2 marriage dates.

We cannot print the report.

The paging looks now OK.
