#1362 Creating second local "Remote Server" for linked records

Scenario is - 3 gedcoms in single PGV installation (4.02 or 4.1 b 4 checked), "A", "B" and "C".

Setting up link from a person in A to B brings up the "Add remote Link"
dialogue. select button for "Same Site" and the Site Selection selction changes to Database selection to allow selection from the local Gedcoms. Continue and links are set up.

Trying to set up a second link for another person from A to C again brings up the "Add Remote Link" dialogue, but this time selecting "Same Site" leaves the "Site selection" in place rather than replacing it with
the "Database selection" which allows local Gedcoms to be selected. It would be possible to select the already set-up "Database B" but not to set up a new one to "C".

Trying to use the "Remote Site" dialogue to create the link has failed with the error :

ERROR 8: Undefined index: cbGedcomId
0 Error occurred on in function unknown
1 called from line 119 of file addremotelink.php

Here the "Source Record" is created but not populated with the _DBID or Title (which just duplicates the URL) and it has to be manually edited before it can be used.

Also trying to add the site via Admin / Manage Sites fails with "Failed to authenticate to remote site" error.

It is when setting up the second link when the problem arises.
