#1296 Processes/Memory tie-up SVN 892

Just dl'd the latest SVN updates and when we make GED changes, particularly posting via the ACCEPT, or other switches to different INDI's, etc. the WAITING FOR SERVER ends up taking several minutes and usually times out.

Checking activity monitor, CPU usage on a dual processor machine is 99.8% to http and memory usage very high. Something isn't right.
