I download tomorrow's events (Nov 27) and want to Open them with MS Office Outlook
There are no Hebrew dates for this day.
I get message - Cannot import vCalendar file.
and
This error can appear if you have attempted to save a recurring Lunar appointment in iCalendar format.
To avoid this error, set the appointment option to Gregorian instead of Lunar.

I get the same error for On This Day.

Looking at the file h-cal generates (I saved it instead of opening it) it looks as if the dat line is incomplete.

Googling Hcal and Outlook it appears that outlook has some very specific requirements of ical files it can import. They mean nothing to me, but perhaps the developer can look into it? It has the potential to be a useful little function.

I found this on the hCalendar FAQ page, although it may be totally irrelevant:

Why won't Outlook import my ics file?
Outlook is picky about some properties. With outlook, UID, DTSTAMP and METHOD are mandatory. Be sure you have marked-up your hCalendar with a class="uid" and a class="dtstamp" in a class="vevent"

This code was rewritten since the bug was reported.

Is this still an issue, or can the bug be closed?

I get still the error even when there are no Hebrew dates for the day.

    I use Office Outlook 2003 SP3
