#1157 GRAMPS XML Export problems

Using SVN 554 I have two problems with the GRAMPS export.
(1) If I use the download from the Manage GEDCOMS page
(to get the whole GEDCOM exported) there are errors
reported at the top of the GRAMPS file. I snipped them
out and attached.
(2) When I use the clippings cart to download I do not
get any events other than BDM. I attached both a
GEDCOM and GRAMPS download to show the difference.
