#1155 4.0.2 Stable: Random picture ignores privacy settings

Hi,

Random Picture ignores the "Privacy settings by ID"
list in the GEDCOM privacy settings.
Ones a multimedia ID is added to this list to show only
to authenticated users it should not be shown when you
are not logged in. But it does.

The "MultiMedia Object List" is correct, it want show
those privacy restricted multimedia objects.

PGV 4.1 Beta 4 has the same problem.
"Privacy settings by ID" is ignored for dead peoples multimedia.
