#1 Can't connect to DB

I am able to connect to my DB using phpmyadmin
but for some reason as I am trying to setup
phpgallery I can't connect to the db. My suspision is
that you are assuming that my DB is at localhost
instead of asking for a hostname along with the
dbname, username, and password. Could this be
why I can't get the script setup correctly?
