i have a problem.Error message is:

Warning: chmod() [function.chmod]: Operation not permitted in /var/www/phpfwgen/utility.inc on line 580

What can i do ? if you help me i will be happy.

  i configured:
  1./var/lib/phpfwgen is readable and writeable
  2./var/www/phpfwgen is readable and writeable
  
  but still i have problem
