No reason it won't, provided you have a 2.2 kernel and ipmasqadm and ipchains installed. It is targeted towards the Red Hat style init scripts, however, so you'll have to fiddle with the files in /etc/rc.d yourself. I assume you already know how to do that if you're a slackware user.
