That is part of the buildout of the form. Results can be emailed or stored in a database. I don't remember enough about this project to remember if the DB version created a sql script to create the table to store the data or not. But I do remember that the email generator worked and the DB version ... Should ... have been able to store data to a table with properly named fields.

SO BEST TO DO AS EMAIL, THEN WHEN SOMEONE COMPLETES THE SERVERY, I GET A EMAIL WITH THERE RESPONCE, IS THAT HOW THE EMAIL ONE WORKS
