    That is part of the buildout of the form. Results can be emailed or stored in a database. I don't remember enough about this project to remember if the DB version created a sql script to create the table to store the data or not. But I do remember that the email generator worked and the DB version ... Should ... have been able to store data to a table with properly named fields.

    hi i have some forms was created with the first old generation of this script. its included the (global.inc) and (pt_register) parts ive just did some ammendment to make it compatible with php5 and above, can you kindly double check it for me in order to make sure I didnt missed any thing ?? appreciate if u can M.J

    Hi, i've tried using your phpformgen i've followed all your instruction to install the package. i've used Wamp and PhpMyAdmin to create database. Also edited config.inc.php with related database credentials but i'm getting error when trying to create a form. The error is "Program Malfunction, Please Start Over" i've attacahed screen shots too. please look it it. It would be beautiful if it works as per your video. thanks and regards, DK

    Since most of what I did was digging to find the original code which was almost published properly (wasn't easy to find!), and fix some bugs ... then I made very few changes and published it. So yes, credit the original.
