next big release: version 3.0

Thats right people, the next big release of phpFormGenerator is under development. This version is going to be action packed. I am totally rebuilding the program from scratch with a completely new design and engine. The new interface is extremely idiot proof and yet much more powerful than the current version in terms of flexiblity, feature-richness, stability, and security.
