[Phpformgen-users] Problem with flat database

I have created a form that we will be using for recording votes. I
want all the data results to go to the flat database. However, it
appears that none of the data is being loaded into the database. I
recreated to form just to be sure I had set it up for data to go to
the database. Still nothing. I am using version 2.09. Any suggestions
as to what is happening here???
