I am very very new to all this freedom on the www.... I have tried everything.... After I use the generator and fill in all the necessary info it creates the form fine but then after step 4 on what might be step 5 I click on the link for the administration portal and I get this error:

    Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@celticlady.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Also when I click on the link to see my new form that I have created it doesn't give me an error and my for is as I created it but then I fill the form out and submit it and it then gives me this error message:

Have you contacted your host support person?  I can not help with server errors.  Please have them verify that you can use php and that your formgenerator is installed with the right permissions for you to use them successfully.

Well my server offers fantastico with the program phpformgenerator .... would this mean that they offer php capability? My server is hosting plex.

Sounds logical.  But the errors indicate otherwise.  The errors indicate some fundamental failure in executing php code.  The server setup determines how the php code is allowed to run (permissions, variables, and ownership).
Have you contacted them to report the failure of your Fantasico installation?
Seems to me they should be able to tell you what is wrong if the installation has such basic failures right from the start.  I'm sure you are not their first customer to use the formgen.
