Form Bumit and Admin Display Problem

    MySQL version        4.1.14-standard     
    PHP version        4.4.2     

    Installed using Fantastico

    Installed OK
    Created test form OK
    Getting the following after submitting form:

    http://domainanme.com/forms/use/testform/form1.html 69.169.95.196 /forms/use/testform/process.php domainanme.com Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 500

    And this after trying to go to form admin:
    http://domainanme.com/forms/process3.php 69.169.95.196 /forms/use/testform/admin/index.php domainanme.com Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.12) Gecko/20050915 Firefox/1.0.7 500

    Permissions for all files and folders set to 755

    Any thought out there?

      My bad.... found some files set as 777 works OK now, with one exceoption.... when I create a new for, it creates with attributes set at 777 again.  How do I have them created with 755 attributes?
