There is always the possibility to do just about anything you can imagine in your form. But is has to be just that, your form. The phpFormGenerator is a free starting point that provides the basics. It is not meant to be a total solution for everyone wangt all th ebells and whistles any form could ever need.

Is there any way that you could add the feature that would allow the submitted form to be sent as an html document by email?
Also when this form is submitted and sent as email can it be pre-formatted to be either printable as 8.5x11 or 8.5x14 pages?
Lastly a feature request: Can you add the option for a comment field when an option is selected?
