I think i've found a way arround that error page: in the "use" folder find the folder containing your form. then, find a copy the file called "form1.html". paste it in the /forms directory, overwriting any other files. Your form should now work properly! To add more forms, do the steps over again, except: rename the "form1.html" to "form2.html" then form3.html etc... This is to make sure that you don't overwrite the previous form. I am not quite sure why it works like this. I discovered it through trial and error.
