I am very new to both php and MySQL however I must be doing something right because I am creating forms. What a lifesaver.

Question? Where is the email address embedded by the php script located in the forms1.html file? I cannot seem to find it.

Also, can anyone tell me how it might be possible to use the form with a bit of modifcation to display queries of a table created by phpFormGenerator. Or is there something I can get, like Crystal Reports to display my data.

The email address is not in form1.html, it is located in process.php . Be careful when editing that file because the slightest error would break your form.
Also, I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "displaying queries", but if you are talking about looking at records that were inserted in to your MySQL database, the program comes with an admin portal that you can use to view your records. When building the form, simply check the admin portal option, and the program will automagically generate it for you along with your form If you are looking for a custom feature that you would like to have, take a look at the "Services" page at the project website at: http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net
