Hello,
I tried using the php form generator. The problem is that when I make changes to my form or the form settings, even when I download a new .zip file, I'm getting the old version of my form without any of the updates I made. I saved all the changes on each page and when I go back in to edit a page I see the new changed version, so I know the changes are being saved, but the zip file still gives me the oldest version. I know I'm re-downloading the zip file because Firefox auto-increments the file name for me (i.e. form(5).zip) and I'm unzipping it to a brand new folder so I know I'm looking at the most recently downloaded files. Any ideas? Thanks!

Is your browser caching the files? Have you tried downloading the file from another browser (like if you had been using FireFox, try downloading the file from Internet Explorer), or perhaps from another computer. If in these cases you still get the old version then there could be a problem with the server side file generation.

no, sorry. Browser is NOT caching the files. I already tried to check out with IE orm mozilla and allways delete local files (caching), but it didnt work.
I found out a second bug. Maybe its the same reason as before!?
I also bookmarked my version, but done work is not available after recalling the bookmark. But I download the zip file 10 hours before. You can check it by your self, my id is #66423
There must be something wrong with compiling the .zip file in your script!?
greetings
Stephan

Hi,
I am having the same problem. It clearly seems that the form does not get saved after editing it the second time. Or maybe, it gets saved as a different filename?
Anyway, after changing the form, saving it, and downloading it, the .zip file is always the original.

hmm, projects not updating is a fundamental issue, I'm sure this would have been noticed during development. I'm guessing this probably started happening after sourceforge's server related changes. I will have to take a look and see whats up.

I was able to finally download the updated version by doing it from a computer on a different network. I wonder if there is a proxy or caching server somewhere between sourceforge and my computer which is caching the file. Would adding a date/time tag to the .zip file name be an option?

Same problem here. First form done in firefox. I saw the updates and changes made but got the same old zip. So I finally just made another form in ie7. Haven't tried updating and changing anything yet on the new form but will most likely.

I'm having trouble with this problem, checked all the suggestions and still no go.
Was this resolved?
