The default thankyou page is coded into the end of the process.php file. Feel free to customize this as much as you like. You have the option to give the path to an external Thank You page when generating the form. This also can be any page you create yourself.

I am not sure how to edit the process.php file. I have 3 of them but they are just images of the form generator that was used to create the form. Am I looking in the wrong place? I was expecting to see the thank you page displayed for me to make changes.

You've got me totally confused. You will have to give me more detail on what you have nad what you are trying to do. It would probably help if you sent me a link to your form and a copy of your process.php file to.

What I really need is for my customers to receive an autoresponse that I have set up for new members. The auto response is not going out because when I receive the form information, it is not from an individual person(email address), it is from the server (I guess).
So what I decided to do was edit the thank you page to give them further information regarding sending an email to the email address so the auto response can go out.
I found my process.php file but I dont know how to edit it.
Do you have any other suggestions as to a better way to complete my registration process after the form is submitted? When the form is submitted, it goes to an email account which has an autoresponder setup but the autoreponder is not responding to the form submissions.
Do you have a personal email account?

This is probably easy to setup. What are the requirements for your autoresponder?
Send me a copy of your process.php file so I can give you the instructions you need to make the changes required to make this happen.

The requirement is that the customer sends an email to the email address so the autoresponder can go out??? I dont really know what you mean by "requirements".
How/where do I need to send the copy of the process.php file?
