formgen 2.9 uploading problem

Hey

I dont seem to be able to get files to upload properly when using this version through my hosting.
I just receive an error message and it says files were not uploaded.

Any ideas why it doesnt work?
Do i need t configure ot to work with MySQL?

Ive tried using v3, and it works fine, but it seems to be broken at the moment, so any ideas when that will be back online?

I'm not sure what's up with the version 3 generator.
File upload issues are typically file/folder permission issues.

I'm working on a form right now and having the same problem.

If anyone knows how to fix this, please share. I changed the directory of my form to /advertising-form52395 if that helps at all.

I'm new to this, so the help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Has anyone figured out what's going on with this yet? Do I need to rebuild the form or should I change something in the code?

v3.0 is back up and running. If you can, use that instead.

I'm still experiencing the same problem on ver 3.0. Any other ideas? I'm also noticing that although I receive the e-mail, all the fields are blank.

You are persistent. 
If you care to explain the issue in more detail I'll see what can be done. 
Note that most of these issues turn out to be related to your host system and not any code bugs.
