Please Help! Form script giving me a 505!

Hi

Have tried just "process.php" in the Action tag (which didn't work) and now trying this http://www.adamandtheants.org/forms/forms/process.php

Have also changed access to all form files to 777

Using cPanel X via Vizaweb to do this.

Please, any tips (have been trying to sort this out for last 3  hours!!)

Have tried removing and reinstalling

My form is now at

But the process.php isn't showing

This error will ocurr if your host is not allowing php files to run. Have you contacted your host to ask if you can execute php files?
