I have uploaded and tested phpFormGenerator and all works fine. Email, MySQL posting all good. When I go to phpForm/forms/admin/index.php the screen is blank below the line

aaah sorry about that, looks like the code for MySQL admin is commented out. I will put up a fix for that by tonight. File-based DB and admin should work fine for now though.

Just wanted to add that this worked for me as well. For those reading this that want to do it manually you can edit
/phpform/forms/admin/index.php
it's around row 256 for version 2.04.

This program looks like a sophisticated application, dont understand why nobody is explaining in detail why the administration portal is blank.
