    This is odd because clicking on a zip file should not atttempt to extract or create any directories.  Sounds like a ZIP application issue.

    Same for me to since yesterday.
    When trying to download the zip-file , I get an error message "cannot create directory"
    It worked perfectly until the day before yesterday.
    Anyone? Am I doing something wrong?

    Same here.  Does anyone know how or why this happens?  Very frustrating after spending hours creating my form now I can't even see if it works.

    What browser do you use? This happens to me with Firefox (3.6.8 and 4.0 beta 2) and Chrome but not with Opera.

    @eschamp
    I use IE8. All worked perfect until the 10th of August

    So FF/Chrome/IE8 won't work and Opera does. Until they fix it, I'd say install Opera.

    I also have this problem, but only with my own form. Other forms I can download perfectly

    I'm able to download and use the zip file as long as I choose either email or database for delivery.  I get the "cannot create directory" when i select the delivery option of "file".  It won't even download the zip then, it just gives that error in my browser.

    I had the same problem. This is what I did. The zip file would not download while using FireFox 3.0.17 (MAC OS 10.4.11 ) "cannot create directory." I copied the URL and pasted into Safari. The Zipped file then download. Next problem, it would not unzip. I needed to upgrade my Stuffit Expander to Version 13. 0.3 it is a free install (just Google it). At first it didn't look like Stuffit would install (I can't remember the error I received), but I found that it actually installed anyway in Applications. Open Stuffit expander. Go to File/Expand. Then locate your zipped form. It should unzip. Today, I used Firefox and the zipped file DID download. I don't really know why it didn't work the other day. Hope this helps.
