I created a form last October and saved the form url so I could go back and make changes if necessary. The saved form URL is http://phpformgen.sourceforge.net/new_demo/phpformgen/page_home.php?form_id=237668. When I try to access the form nothing happens - just spins and spins. Anyone know why this is happening.
I have edited this form in the past. Probably last November.
